My father’s experience with Renew Dental has been nothing short of a nightmare. He underwent dental implant surgery at the Yonkers location on November 27, 2023, and the issues began almost immediately. Here are some key points of our experience: 1. Extremely Long Wait Times: On July 2, we had a 10:00 am appointment but my father wasn’t seen until after 1:30 pm. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially for someone who is 72 years old and still recovering from surgery. 2. Poor Communication and Appointment Management: We were falsely accused of canceling appointments multiple times. Once, we arrived from New Jersey to Yonkers only to be told the appointment had been canceled without any prior communication. Another time, we showed up at the Hoboken office to find it had closed down with no notification, leaving us stranded in the middle of his treatment. 3. Lack of Professionalism and Respect: Waiting hours on hold for calls to be returned, and dealing with constant miscommunications about appointments and transportation, added significant stress to my father, who already has a fragile health condition. 4.
